Article 0. Company Information

Article 1. Service Overview

EasyWorks is a PDF quote generation SaaS service that allows members to create professional business quotes quickly and efficiently. This service includes quote template provision, customer management, and automated email sending functionality.

Article 2. Member Registration and Account

• Members must provide accurate and complete information when using the service
• Account security (ID, password, etc.) is the responsibility of the member, and the company is not responsible for this
• Members can create only one account per person

Article 3. Permitted Use Scope

Members may use this service only for legal and normal purposes, and must not engage in the following acts:

• Use for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to the service or other member accounts
• Interfere with the service or cause excessive server load
• Transmit viruses, malicious code, etc.
• Violate other relevant laws and regulations

Article 4. Service Plans and Limitations

Article 5. Member Content and Data Responsibility

• The rights and responsibilities for quote content and customer information (email, etc.) that members create and send are entirely with the members
• The company assumes no legal responsibility for customer data and email content registered by members
• Members must ensure that the content they send does not infringe on third-party rights, and all responsibility for related disputes lies with the members

Article 6. Intellectual Property Rights

• EasyWorks holds all rights to the service platform and provided templates
• Members may not copy, modify, or distribute templates without written permission from the company

Article 7. Privacy Protection

• The company collects only the minimum personal information necessary for service provision, and processing and protection methods follow the Privacy Policy
• Customer personal information (email addresses, etc.) entered by members is used only for quote sending purposes
• Customer information is deleted when members directly delete it or when members withdraw, and is disposed of without delay

Article 8. Payment and Billing

Valid payment information is required for Premium plan usage.

Payment methods are as follows:

• Prepayment (Bank Transfer, QR Payment): Members can prepay in 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month units, and the paid fee represents service usage rights for that period
• Regular Payment (Card/Subscription, Gumroad): Members pay fees through monthly automatic payment, and payment stops from the next payment date when cancelled

Prepaid fees are not refunded upon early cancellation. However, exceptions apply in cases where service is unavailable due to the company's intentional acts or gross negligence.

Fees and terms may change, and changes are announced at least 30 days in advance.

Refunds follow a separate refund policy.

Article 9. Account Cancellation and Data Deletion

• Members may cancel their account at any time
• The company may cancel member accounts for violations of these terms
• Upon account cancellation, member data and entered customer information are immediately deleted and cannot be recovered

Article 10. Service Disclaimer and Liability Limitation

• The service is provided "as is," and the company does not guarantee completeness, suitability, or fitness for a particular purpose
• The company is not responsible for direct or indirect damages arising from service usage
• However, exceptions apply to damages caused by the company's intentional acts or gross negligence

Article 11. Terms Modification

The company may modify these terms as necessary, and changes take effect after announcement. If members continue to use the service after announcement, they are deemed to have agreed to the modified terms.

Article 12. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

All disputes arising in relation to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of first instance in the company's location.
